Why I wrote it

Written for My Dad

I wrote this prayer for my father while he was battling cancer. I prayed God’s Word over him, and over myself, in one of the hardest seasons of my life. Now I’m sharing it with you, for you and the people you love.

Yellow gladiolus were his favorite flower. At nineteen, with no money for a Father’s Day gift, I painted him these. The pink gladiolus you see across my site are for him.
